I remember seeing on a food blog a recipe where they baked chocolate cookie dough in a small ramekin and baked until almost done then topped with a scoop of ice cream & other goodies. I have looked and looked but can't find this anywhere! Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Now I have tried this the way I remember & it was good :) I want to find the recipe though. Maybe it was just a really good dream I had.......hmmmmm :)
I never saw it on a food blog, but we do that in the microwave. We put a scoop about the size of a golf ball in a bowl and microwave for 20-25 seconds, then top with a scoop of ice cream. Soooooo good!
