This Bar Cookie recipe is really, really good. They are cinnamon-y and chew-y and perfect-y :)

they do look good!! I'm still dieting so can't eat them but like I said before, thankfully no calories in pictures :)

ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I like chewy cookies instead of crispy ones. Snickerdoodles can be pretty dry, but these look wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI have a copy of that recipe from Heidi's blog, but I haven't tried it yet. I was picturing them warm out of the oven with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel topping. YUM!!!
