I have been having some fun sewing again :) The JoAnn Fabric store by us had their clearance fabric 50% off! So I bought some fun fabrics to make the girls some skirts. Miss M's green strawberry skirt I used a Simplicity pattern, the other two I made up as I went.
Here they are again-
What the heck, one more time!
Now my Mommer needed her Serger back :( Oh Sad, Sad day :(
I am trying to talk my Hubby into letting me get my own but they are pretty pricey machines, so I don't see that happening any time soon.
Oh well, someday..............
This will be mine! Muahahahaha! lol

Oh I didnt know you were so talented.. the skirts are beautiful!! Love them!! I cant even sew a button seriously.. They are so pretty!
Seriously...can I have, like, a THIMBLEFUL of your craftiness? Please? I have none...that's right...NONE!
You two are so sweet :) For every one I get right I have 3 screw-ups! lol Seriously, the red & black skirt was picked & resewn twice, I sewed the wrong sides together, twice! :)
These are so darling! I wish I knew how to sew.
sooo cute! I love them...sorry you have to give it back... : (
you've certainly used it while you had it! : )
They're adorable! The strawberries would make a cute apron, dontcha think?
Aw, there cute! I like to sew as well. I usually have just made pillows and blankets though.=]
Sooooo cute! I don't mind the sewing part, it's cutting out the pattern, the pinning, the pressing and all the prep work that drives me crazy. I've never used a serger, but it must save a lot of time not having to press all your seams open. You should open an Etsy shop for your adorable skirts!
Thanks Ladies :) I just love the strawberry material, it would make adorable aprons! :)
I am impressed, I can't sew so I love that otheres do, very cute skirts :)
Thanks Stacey :)
They are adorable! Now I need to get my serger going... like I don't have enough unfinished projects, LOL!
