I needed a of couple recipes yesterday so I went on a recipe hunt on AR.

I also wanted to share with you one of my favorite kitchen tools-

The Apple Peeler Corer Slicer

I got mine from Pampered Chef but I have seen them in other places. This handy dandy tool helped me peel, core and slice 10 apples in under 5 minutes. I have had this for about 8 years I think and it gets a lot of use around here :)

I need an apple peeler corer slicer. When I actually buy myself something for the kitchen, I always think of something I need "more." Alas, I will probably never get one at that rate! The pastry apple bars look scrumptious and the muffins look awesome (banana muffins are my fave!). Your posts make me hungry!

My husband loves apple bars and I could not live without my apple-peeler-corer-slicer! I got mine from P.C. too, and I love my garlic press from them as well.

those apple bars look delicious! (so do the muffins)! I like that apple corer; might have to look into getting one to try out that recipe :)

We used to have one of those apple thingies years ago. I wonder what happened to it? It was so much fun!

Great recipe choices.
