Make that Chocolate Bread Pudding.
Now I personally would have thought it impossible for someone to not like chocolate, but my very own Brother-in-Law is an anti-chocolate man. How that very strange phenomenon happened I do not know.
I have had this recipe for bread pudding bookmarked for quite some time, last week I made Challah bread and decided that it would be the perfect way to use it up. I changed it a little, I didn't add the chocolate chips, instead I added about 1/2c. cocoa powder to the custard batter. I baked it in a 8x8 pan and it turned out PERFECTLY.
The kiddos and the Hubby who are all, thankfully, chocolate people, thought so too :)

I have never made bread pudding. And I know I've never had it with chocolate!
I am only a recent convert to bread pudding. But, it's delicious.
I discovered bread pudding at a restaurant and my gosh, it's amazing!!!! Yours looks incredible!
I might be 30 pounds lighter if I didn't like chocolate! I can't imagine not liking it. Your bread pudding looks delicious. I've never had chocolate bread pudding before.
I've never had bread pudding at all! But if I was gonna try some, I'd try yours - it looks delicious!
I've met people who say they don't like chocolate. I think they're just trying to be rebels ;) This looks just divine!!

I've never had bread pudding, something about it just doesn't appeal to me, which is weird because i LOVE bread - but this does look yummy!!
I heart bread pudding! My mom makes a great one, but it doesn't have chocolate in it! This looks so good, I'm going to make it very soon (tomorrow, if I can wait that long!).
Bread pudding used to repulse me...and then I made it and LOVE it...it is dangerously good!

PS- Blogger offers tabs/pages now...I am still figuring mine out. The Girl Creative (and I am sure others) also will do them for you $10-$20
I'm not really a fan of bread pudding but I thought I'd try a chocolate version from martha. It looked and smelled so good but it was dry and inedible. I think I overcooked it though. this looks so much better.
This was nice and moist, it had a great custard texture to it :)
