This wonderful pie is going to my Father-In-Law for Father's Day, Rhubarb Pie is his favorite also.
Of course I made 2 so that I could sample it, we have to make sure it's edible right ;)

I have never actually made anything with rhubarb before. But it's delicious!

I totally missed rhubarb season and not because I didn't try to get any but because I was too slow. Everytime I went to the store...sold out. :) Hopefully next year.
